The VII MIRPS Annual Meeting will serve as a platform to analyze the current state of displacement in Central America and Mexico, assess progress made in implementing national and regional commitments over the past year, identify remaining challenges, and renew the political commitment of member states and stakeholders involved.

The forum will bring together MIRPS states, MIRPS Support Platform members, civil society, the private sector, academia, and other relevant actors to reaffirm their commitment to intensify efforts and continue working collaboratively to support forcibly displaced people in Central America and Mexico.

During this meeting, MIRPS countries will adopt the Belize City Declaration.
