The MIRPS Annual Report 2025 documents the progress, results, and challenges of the Comprehensive Regional Protection and Solutions Framework (MIRPS) throughout 2025, under the leadership of the Government of Costa Rica as Pro Tempore Presidency.
In addition to reporting on the achievements under the 2025 Regional Action Plan, the report includes, in its national chapters, the progress made by Member States in strengthening asylum systems, promoting socio-economic integration, and enhancing regional cooperation. It also reflects the contributions of the MIRPS Support Platform and other key stakeholders—such as civil society, refugee-led organizations, academia, and the private sector—in support of the efforts of MIRPS countries.
