VIII MIRPS Annual Meeting

In 2025, the Pro Tempore Presidency of the Comprehensive Regional Protection and Solutions Framework (MIRPS), led by the Government of Costa Rica, implemented its Regional Action Plan. With the successful implementation of the four pillars of the Plan, the VIII Annual MIRPS Meeting represents a key opportunity to highlight the progress achieved by Member States in 2025 and to reaffirm the MIRPS as a regional mechanism to address displacement, mobilize the political will of Member States and the support of diverse actors under a whole-of-society approach, and strengthen international protection in the region.
