This Annual Report reflects the regional strategic vision led by the Government of Belize in its role as Pro-Tempore Presidency of the MIRPS, based on the National Action Plans of the MIRPS countries: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama. Additionally, the report highlights the scale and complexity of displacement in the region, fostering regional dialogue on the underlying causes of displacement and facilitating lessons learned and knowledge exchanges through the MIRPS Regional Technical Teams.

The report also reinforces the importance of partnerships with strategic actors, including members of the Support Platform, the United Nations system, the private sector, civil society, and academia. Furthermore, it provides an update on the implementation of projects funded by the MIRPS Fund, administered by the OAS General Secretariat through the Department of Social Inclusion (DSI) of the Secretariat for Access to Rights and Equity, as well as the Good Practices Implementation Projects (GPIP).
